He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Planes of Fame Air Museum in San Dimas, California. Previously, he held several vice president roles at Northrop Grumman Corporation where he oversaw manufacturing operations, quality management, and military aircraft programs. Boyer also has a Bachelor's degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering and certificates in Operations Management from UCLA and the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.
