This document announces a business workshop on how to write an effective short business plan. The workshop will be held on April 16, 2011 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Milwaukee County Research Park in Wauwatosa, WI. The workshop will be presented by experienced instructors from SCORE and will teach attendees how to prepare a meaningful business plan, get comfortable with the planning process, and perform financial projections without spending money. The workshop is targeted towards start-ups and existing businesses that have not created a business plan. The fee is $35 per person or $20 for a second person attending.
