Assigned as a Contractor to The Aerospace Corporation as a Facilities Construction Engineer /
Facilities Project Lead.
Interactive coordination of general contractors, construction trade disciplines, product vendors and
inner corporate support disciplines, interact with customers and personnel to provide the highest
level of customer service and appreciation.
Oversee construction / tenant improvement modifications and product installations.
Interact with Aerospace internal customers, provide systems modular furniture design and various
layout options to meet end users needs. Identify the infrastructure needed to support the systems
modular furniture installation and implement procedures with systems modular furniture vendor
using my expertise and the 25 years of experience primarily with but not limited to Haworth and
Knoll product manufacture.
Maintain documents, logs, budget control, financial reports, photos, drawings project schedules and
other pertinent documents pertaining to each project to ensure the project “close-out” process is
met. Maintain monthly / quarterly cost expenditure forecasting for each project, update EAC reports
monthly to ensure each project is with-in the given budget and completed within the scheduled time
frame.

Coordinate all stages of projects, from initial contact and bid preparation, through installation and
follow-up. Partner with architects, designers and clients on space planning and designs. Place and
