FACILITIES CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER  Tsi Corp – Las Vegas, NA
Assigned as a Contractor to The Aerospace Corporation as a Facilities Construction Engineer /
Facilities Project Lead.
Interactive coordination of general contractors, construction trade disciplines, product vendors and
inner corporate support disciplines, interact with customers and personnel to provide the highest
level of customer service and appreciation.
Oversee construction / tenant improvement modifications and product installations.
Interact with Aerospace internal customers, provide systems modular furniture design and various
layout options to meet end users needs. Identify the infrastructure needed to support the systems
modular furniture installation and implement procedures with systems modular furniture vendor
using my expertise and the 25 years of experience primarily with but not limited to Haworth and
Knoll product manufacture.
Maintain documents, logs, budget control, financial reports, photos, drawings project schedules and
other pertinent documents pertaining to each project to ensure the project “close-out” process is
met. Maintain monthly / quarterly cost expenditure forecasting for each project, update EAC reports
monthly to ensure each project is with-in the given budget and completed within the scheduled time
frame.
Support E&C management with timely updates to scope of work, schedule and budget issues for

Market the products and services of this office and contract furniture dealership (that represents
Haworth and 300 other brands) to clients throughout Southern California as well as nationally.
Enthusiastically prospect for new accounts while delivering exceptional customer service to existing
clients. Generate referrals from general contractors and facility managers, and actively follow up on
all leads.
Coordinate all stages of projects, from initial contact and bid preparation, through installation and
follow-up. Partner with architects, designers and clients on space planning and designs. Place and
track orders with Haworth. Oversee both in-house and outside installers. Acquire contractors
(electrical, mechanical, network, A/V) as necessary. (1998 to 2006; 2008 to 2014)
SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER  Systems Source - Irvine, CA
Managed major accounts for this contract furniture distributor that represents Knoll and Kimball
products. Conducted site analysis of client locations. Teamed with the Design Department and
design firms to generate accurate CAD drawings. Attended construction/project meetings.
Provided cost analysis and final proposals to clients on specific projects. Tracked all products in
transit to meet client deadlines. Scheduled and oversaw installations. Conducted punch walks.

PRESIDENT / OWNER  Project Management Design - Irvine, CA
Worked with Contract Office Group, a Haworth Dealer, to oversee the Great Western Bank account.
Assisted with work requests for 500+ site locations in California and Florida. Coordinated the
installation of office furniture, and the disconnection/reinstallation of phones, computer systems and
alarms. Oversaw the liquidation of furniture. (1997 to 1998)

Generated new business opportunities for this dealership that represented Herman Miller furniture,
