include issue briefs, and decision memos.

• Duties included training new and junior personnel in overseeing projects and programs; actively involved in the staff/hiring process.
• Acquired resources and coordinated the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in accordance with program/project

• Managed the procurement process and delivery of program/project objectives by contractors.
• Worked with internal/external functional units during the lifecycle of the program/project.
• Review all regulatory agency submission materials to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, or compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provided regulatory guidance to departments or development project teams regarding design, development, evaluation, or marketing of products.
• Communicated regulatory information to multiple departments and ensure that information is interpreted correctly.
• Conducted audits, inspections and evaluations in support of research and development in collaboration with team members.
• Responsible for strategic planning and research.
• Evaluated safety and efficacy of products.
• Performed viral load and viral growth assays such as ELISA Neutralization and Resistance.
• Maintained tissue cultures, cell lines, and primary injected cells as needed.
• Maintained and purchased laboratory inventory.
• Maintained and improved laboratory databases of chemicals and supplies.
• Responsible for test equipment and instruments to ensure accuracy and efficient performance
