➢ Provided immediate therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents, and adult patients
diagnosed with psychiatric disorders; mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders
in times of crisis.
➢ Facilitates a variety of therapeutic groups addressing topics that includes substance abuse, self-
injurious behavior, family dynamics, and impulsive behaviors. Encouraged patients to utilize new
skills acquired in a crisis situation.

team in the development of clinical planning and to measure individual’s compliance toward

residential program.
➢ Assisted individuals with Activities of Daily Living including; bathing, dressing, feeding,
walking, positioning, toileting, preparing meals, and safety of individuals complying with OSHA
regulations.
➢ Documented the activities and interactions with client, and any related observations about each
consumer throughout the shift in their respective progress notes using the BIRP format.
Administered medications to individuals during the shift as prescribed and in accordance with

➢ Provided first responder crisis response to ensure that each individual served have access to first
responder crisis response twenty-four hours a day, seven days per week, and three hundred and
sixty-five days a year.
➢ Consulted with identified medical (for example, primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical
(for example, DSS, school, DJJDP) providers, engage community and natural supports, and
including their input in the person centered planning process. Provided and coordinated
behavioral health services and other interventions for the individual served or other family
members with other licensed professionals and Child and Family Team members.
➢ Implemented creative therapeutic interventions for at-risk youth diagnosed with mental health
disorders such as: ADD, ADHD, Anxiety Disorder, Conduct Disorder, and Depression.

Depression, also Bi-Polar Disorder.
➢ Facilitated daily group therapy sessions for youth on a variety of topics that included social skills,
anger management, coping skills, relationship issues, and issues specifically relevant to a
population of gay and transgendered youth. Monitored the health, safety, and location of
adolescent males with multiple mental diagnosis and HIV/AIDS also counsel sexually abused
adolescent females.
➢ Monitored clients on one-on-one suicide prevention status and with adolescent females with a
history of deliberate self-harm. Transported residents to meet with their: families, probation
officers, police, and other interested parties.
