Details Enterprise Server Upgrade (ESU) is program is to migrate the Microsoft windows and SQL Servers
from Legacy to new environment. It involves application appreciation, requirement gathering and
elicitation, like to like architecture design, migration and warranty support. Vendor management
and documentation (legal contracts etc.) was another important aspect of this program. Post
deployment the infrastructure used to get decommissioned which being handled by another team.

Duration Nov 2013 to May 2014
Details This program was about to migrate the Oracle databases running in AIX and Linux environment to
EXADATA platform. It was aggressive project to migrate 150+ databases of peak size of 20 TBs in
the span of six months. Project activities involved were Infrastructure appreciation, requirement

gathering and elicitation, Planning, migration and warranty support. Change/Release
Management, Vendor management and documentation (legal contracts etc.) was another
important aspect of this program. Post deployment the infrastructure used to get

Details This program was about to migrate the Application’s Infrastructure from non-standard

internal IBM applications environment. Size of such projects has been huge in terms of servers
(Range of 20 -50), platforms, technologies and network infrastructure. Project activities involved
were Infrastructure appreciation, requirement gathering and elicitation, like to like architecture
design, procurement of the infrastructure (as needed), deployment, transition and steady state
support.

Duration January 2011 – March 2012
Details Managed multiple infrastructure projects including Windows, VMWare and UNIX data Centers. I
was project manager/acting Program Manager for IBM where contract is sub-contracted to
multiple vendors like NOVA Networks, Bell etc.
Client Amgen Healthcare, Usa
Duration April 2010 – February 2011
Details Managed multi-vendor infrastructure project, to upgrade Learning Management System (LMS).
Vendors involved were HP, AT&T and Amgen internal development teams. The scope of the project
was to implement new environments i. e. Development, QA, UAT, Production and DR for
application. It involved 50+ servers in load balancing environment, Clustered Oracle and Java
environment to support the application.
Infosys Technologies Ltd - Project Manager, Tech Lead, Software Engineer (Dec 2003 to Feb 2010)
• Started as Software Engineer and steadily progressed as Onsite Coordinator, Team Lead and
Project Manager
• Reported to the Sr. Project Manager/Group Project Manager and led over 25 - 40 resources in
projects.
• Managed project activities like requirement gathering, elicitation, feasibility studies, estimating,

Major Projects Customer ANZ Bank Australia Duration June 2014 onwards Details Enterprise Server Upgrade (ESU) is program is to migrate the Microsoft windows and SQL Servers from Legacy to new environment. It involves application appreciation, requirement gathering and elicitation, like to like architecture design, migration and warranty support. Vendor management and documentation (legal contracts etc.) was another important aspect of this program. Post deployment the infrastructure used to get decommissioned which being handled by another team. Customer AMP Australia Duration Nov 2013 to May 2014 Details This program was about to migrate the Oracle databases running in AIX and Linux environment to EXADATA platform. It was aggressive project to migrate 150+ databases of peak size of 20 TBs in the span of six months.
