from Legacy to new environment. It involves application appreciation, requirement gathering and
elicitation, like to like architecture design, migration and warranty support. Vendor management
and documentation (legal contracts etc.) was another important aspect of this program. Post
deployment the infrastructure used to get decommissioned which being handled by another team.

Details This program was about to migrate the Oracle databases running in AIX and Linux environment to
EXADATA platform. It was aggressive project to migrate 150+ databases of peak size of 20 TBs in
the span of six months. Project activities involved were Infrastructure appreciation, requirement

environment to support the application.
