This letter serves as my recommendation and high regard for Brack Leaberry, who I’ve had the
privilege and honor of working with during my tenure at GE Healthcare. I am currently the
General Manager of Health and Life Sciences at Intel Corporation, but Brack and I have
maintained our regular contact over the last several years.
Brack and I worked closely together on developing and executing on a very large strategic
initiative with HCA corporate for an enterprise wide Imaging Dose Management program (while
I was the General Manager of Dose Sales for GE Healthcare). Brack was instrumental in
developing the tactical commercial plan to effectively position this program to gain maximum
traction. This was an extremely complex sale, with a product that was essentially first to
market, involving highly technical and clinical details, with multiple levels of decision makers.
This included c-suite, IT, medical imaging and clinical staff. Our joint effort resulted in HCA
standardizing on GE for their Dose management systems across all imaging modalities.
Brack has deep industry expertise in healthcare, particularly in medical imaging, but also more
broadly in the healthcare provider segment. He has worked with some of the biggest and most
influential hospital systems in the United States and has influenced some of their biggest
corporate buying decisions while at the same time maintaining his status as a trusted advisor.
Brack is a clear thinker with a very creative mind. He has high energy, enthusiasm, and
unbridled passion. He’s very articulate and smart. He’s a strong listener. He’s able to see
opportunities and develop new ideas, programs, and implementation plans where others do
not. He’s the consummate team player always soliciting input. He is a natural consultant
(internally working with cross functional teams and building an exceptional network) as well as
effectively engaging externally with the customer. He’s an effective coach and a mentor; a
master at building trusting and long lasting senior level relationships. I believe this comes from
Brack having high integrity, being genuine, likeable, friendly, and honest. There’s no pretense
with Brack. He is who he appears to be and that’s so refreshing. He’s a gifted strong leader who
I’m happy to have worked with and pleased to call my friend.
Brack would be a valued addition to anyone’s team.
