I. We all knowthat reading is the most important skill to develop. Rates of reading depend on different factors, some of them are personal. Some words are difficult for some
pupils but some is easy to others. Rate in reading may also be depend on difficulty of the material used.
The resultof Pre-Test in PHIL-IRI showed that the children can read independently but when it comes to comprehension, they did not understand what they read. With this,
pupils got frustration as reading level.
With thissituation,the teacher- advisermotivate tolaunchedthe project“LFR”(Love ForReading) inrelationwiththe vocabularyandcomprehension developmental program
to upgrade the reading level of Grade Four.

I. Rationale
The subject Science will help you discover many things about you and around you. Discoveries are made by people with special gifts. Some of these gifts are curiosity,
inquisitiveness, a sense of wonder and adventure and persistence. Brief explanation are given on each topic, followed by exercises, some of which come in the form of activities
and simple experiments provide the pupils the opportunity to think critically and analytically. The purpose of an experiment is to collect more data about the problem you want
to solve. It can help you learn by doing . this intervention hoped to provide learning, fun and enjoyment to the pupils as they continue to explore, discover, improve and develop
skills, and knowledge. Surely, there should be no room for pride in your heart.

Ang asignaturang Edukasyong Pantahanan at Pangkabuhayan ay naglalayong maipaabot sa mga mag-aaral ang kakayahan ng paggawa at produksyon sa pamamagitan
ng pansariling kakayahan. Pinahahalagahan nito ang mga gawaing nakatutulong sa pag-unlad ng pansariling kakayahan upang ang bawat isa ay maging mabuti at kapaki-
pakinabang na kasapi ng mag-anak. Matutuhan ang mga gawain sa pamayanan na makabuluhan at mapagkakakitaan at kasabay nito ang pagkakaroon ng kaalaman sa
mahusay na pamamahala ng pinagkukunang yaman sa tahanan at pamayanan.
