Tibor is a Senior Consultant at the Hungarian Ministry for National Economy in Budapest. He has been working for the Public Employment Service of Hungary for 17 years now. His specific areas of expertise are PES service design and implementation and lifelong guidance policy development. He has also been active as a PES and LLG development expert at international level since 2008. His Ph.D. is in Pedagogy, his had done his doctoral research on the relationships between lifelong guidance and education policy and on teacher’s readiness to improve career management skills in students. Parallel his civil servant duties he is an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Szeged, Faculty.
