From any of our pages, click “Post an ad” button situated in the upper right hand corner. Then
fill in the form and follow instruction. If you are not sure what you can advertise and what you
can’t, please see our Posting Policy page by clicking here
• I have posted an ad but why haven’t I received any confirmation email?
Did you enter the right email address? If you believe you have entered the right email address,
then check the Junk or Spam folder on your email account. If you still haven’t received any
confirmation email from us, please contact us with the ad details.
• How long my ad will be live?
Your ad will be live on the site for 60 days. However, if your item is sold or the property is rented
out please delete the ad ASAP to avoid any further inquiries.

3. • How do I edit or delete my ad?
From any pages of our site you can Log in to go to your user dashboard. Then you will see the list of ads
you have posted. Click on the Edit/Delete link to edit or delete the ad
I just posted an ad but why don’t I see it on the site?
If you just posted or edited an ad, it maybe still under process to go live. You can check the status of
your ad on your user dashboard.
I can’t see my ad on the site anymore and it says rejected on the ad status on my account, what’s
happening?
Either your ad is flagged by our automated system for violating the Posting Policy or Terms & Conditions,
or reported by other users as inappropriate. You should receive an email explaining the reason for
rejecting the ad
I don’t see my ad on the site neither on my account, where is it gone?
It is either expired or deleted by your friendly admin for violating Posting Policy and/or Terms &
Conditions.
How do I repost the ad after it expired?
If you want to re‐post an expired ad you need to post a new ad using the same contents.
Tip: After logging in your account you can see the list of your ads, you can copy and paste the contents
from there.
I forgot the password of my account, how can I reset the password?
‐ Click on the Login button.
‐ Click “Forgot your password?” link
‐ Enter the email address associated with the password
‐ Check your email and follow the instructions
How do I reply to an ad?
Find the blue email button at the bottom of the advertisement description. After clicking on that button,
fill in the required fields then click send.
I didn’t post any ad on your site but how come I am receiving inquiry phone calls?

4. Perhaps someone entered your phone number accidentally on the ad. Please contact us by clicking here
and provide the ad title, reference no and as much detail as possible to expedite the process.
If you believe someone has done it on purpose and used any other of your details please let us know
ASAP. This is a violation of our Posting Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Is there any way I can make sure my ad is always on the top of the listing?
No

I am receiving too many unsolicited emails after posting an ad, what shall I do?
Please let us know using the contact us page. We may request you to forward the emails to us to
investigate further.
I can browse the site but why I can’t post a new ad, reply to any ads or sign in to my account?
Ermmm... have you violated any of our Posting Policy or Terms & Conditions? Please have a look at
them, you may get the answer. If you believe you haven’t violated the Posting Policy and Terms &
Conditions, please contact us to review your account.
How can I change my existing password?
Log in to your account, select the “Change password” on the left hand side then follow the instructions
How can I change my email address?
You can’t change your email address once you posted an ad. If you want to post an ad using another
email address you are welcome to do that.
How can I delete my account?
Log in to your account, select the “Delete account” on the left hand side then follow the instructions.
Please take a note that if you delete your account, you will delete all of the live and expired ads as well,
also deletion of any account is permanent.
There is no way to recover any old data.
How many ads I can post at a time?
If you are an individual, you can post as many ads as you want as long as you are posting different ads
for different individual items.
If you are posting an ad on Jobs section, you can post an ad for each different job opening.

5. If you are an Estate/Property Agent and posting an ad on the “Accommodation” section, you must not
publish more than one ad in every 24 hours in each subcategory i.e. you can post an ad on “Flat Share”,
one in “Whole Flat and House to Rent”, one in “Flat for Sale” etc in every 24 hours or our automated
anti‐spamming system may delete all of your ads. Please see “No spamming” policy for more
information.
All businesses must mention their business name at the end of the ad description.

We used JavaScript in order to make the site user friendly. JavaScript is a programming language that is
used to make web pages interactive. It runs on your computer and turned on by default on your
browser. If you see that message that means you need to manually turn the JavaScript on.
