2. Our Mission:
Our mission is to enable, empower and engage
users to take control and increase social circles of
support. Park View Project want to reach out to those
marooned on an island that is permanently offline. By
promoting online to get you offline is a way of using the
World Wide Web as a tool which was originally the
idea behind its development by Sir Tim Berners-
Lee. Come and join us on this journey.

3. The Idea
Park View’s Project is a digital-based project that
adopts an easy to use set of functions. Our philosophy
is based on the concept of a ‘Humanising the Web' by
supporting people to remove the barriers to using
internet and mobile technology. We will achieve this by
enriching your involvement by giving you a real social
space and time to connect with your
community.

4. How dose it benefit me and the
community?

 Help with accessing online essential local services (Council tax, Housing, Social care).
 Help & support to using mobile products (All makes & models).
 Access to online to offline community activities via Fireside groups website.
 Become a “Streetwise” Community Reporter (you don’t have to attend our office, you can
manage your learning from the comfort of your own home).
 Development of Assitive Technology (Disability Access)
 Access to Health and social care apps and support.
 Volunteering as an Online Chum Mentor (Peer-supporting community reporter trainees and
those requesting help with managing digital day-to day asks).
 Cyber-crime awareness.
 Access to PC’s for those wanting help with making benefit applications, job searches and CV
writing.
