 Designed and taught the lesson plans for the Robotics module of the camp to the ICT (Information
and Communications Technology) teachers and the campers. The camp focused on encouraging,
educating and empowering young girls with life skills, professional skills, and engineering skills.
 Assisted in the acquisition of the LEGO Mindstorm Robotics kits, the laptops with properly installed
software and allextra materials necessary for the girls to complete the lessons
 Served as a “family leader” which consisted of managing 6 girls aged 11-17 for a 6-day duration and
this gave me the ability to establish strong, personal connections with them and continued contact
after the completion of the camp
