Campus Visit Student Staff August 2010 - May 2015
● Coordinate and schedule campus visits for approximately 2,000 prospective K-State students and
their families in addition to 200+ prospective athletes.
● Provide students with a welcoming and unforgettable experience on a campus tour.
● Assist NSS Administrators in organizing special projects and event days.
● Utilize “People Soft a customer relation system to communicate with and schedule prospective
students.
● Coordinate campus tour training for volunteer and student ambassador groups.
Wildcat Warm-up Director of: Logistics, Facilities, and Meals November 2011 – July 2012
● Created a three-day intensive schedule for the two weekends of our program that outlined roles
and responsibilities for 22 student counselors, 4 student directors, and administrative staff.
● Communicated with building and facility managers to reserve all rooms and facilities needed for
the program.
● Planned and coordinated daily meals for the program.
● Coordinated sponsorship, which raised approximately $10,000 for the program.
Wildcat Warm-up Director of: Training, Staff Selection, and Payroll November 2010 – July 2011
● Served as one of four student directors who coordinate, manage and lead Wildcat Warm-up
program for 500+ incoming K-State Students.
● Planned a two-week long training program for directors and counselors.
● Created and implemented presentations on customer service for the counselors.
● Conducted a two-round, three-stage interview process for staff selection.
● Managed payroll for 22 counselors and 4 directors bi-weekly.
● Coordinated sponsorship, which raised approximately $10,000 for the program.

● Responsible for the acclimation of 500+ incoming K-State students to both the Manhattan and K-
State communities.
● Personally led a group of twenty-five students each weekend, and guided them through various
activities that promoted self-development and growth.

● Followed up and gained feedback on every students experience with a K-State related event via
telephone for purposes of growth and improvement.

● Identified growth opportunities in 7 markets for Intelligent Solutions Group.
● Improved the efficiency and sustainability in updating the original budget.
● Created a standard product structure for IT database.

○ Served as liaison between the Track & Field team and the Athletic Department.
○ Represented the K-State Track & Field team to the student body.
○ Expanded and organized the “Read to Achieve” program with 4 elementary schools in the
Manhattan community.
● 2011-2012 “Heartbeat of the Team” Award
○ Presented by Ft. Riley’s 299th Brigade for “Demonstrating athletic excellence and high
moral character in keeping with the ideals of the United States Army.”
○ Received the award based on ability to excel on the track, in the classroom, and show the
seven values of character upheld in the U.S. Army (loyalty, duty, respect, selfless-service,
honor, integrity, and personal courage).
● Big XII Commissioners Honor Roll Spring 2010 – Spring 2012
○ Student-Athletes who receive a 3.0 GPA or better for the semester while competing in Big
XII athletics.
● Academic All-Big XII First Team January 2011 – December 2011
○ Letter winners who maintain at least a 3.2 GPA for the academic year.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Riley County March 2010 – Present
● Support a child in the Manhattan community by being a positive male role model in his life, and
teaching him to strive for excellence.
