Ride Your Bike
Duration: 14 days
The weather is fantastic for biking right now and since May is
National Bike Month, it seems most appropriate to have a
biking challenge. Dust off that bike seat, pump up the tires and
get on your bike and ride!
Check in each time you take a bike ride and log your minutes
exercised - whether it’s a commute to work, an easy paced
family ride, or a more aggressive training ride. Share with us
what type of ride it was. Put on your helmet, saddle up, and
let’s go riding!

Tune Up Your Bike
Duration: 14 days
As April comes to a close, we’re getting ready for National Bike
Month in May and we’ll be celebrating Bike to Work Week (May
12-16) and Bike to Work Day (May 16).
Stay a spin ahead of the pack and get your bike tuned so you
can ride into work every day. Do a simple DIY tune up by
cleaning your bike chain, cleaning the cassette, centering your
breaks, tightening bolts and pumping up the tires. Not
interested in doing it yourself? Drop your bike off at a local shop

Get Moving. Get Around.
Duration: 14 days
This month, for our May contest challenge, get out of the
driver's seat and hop on your bike, strap on your roller blades,
or dust off your running shoes. Whether you really replace your
commute with a workout or just take a leisurely bike ride with
family or friends, the point of this challenge is to get outside and
get moving! It is National Bike Month, after all!
Check in daily, or multiple times per day, whenever you get
moving to get around, let us know how many minutes you spent
