To keep audience engaged:
Engage the audience by making them relate, Use relevant examples to engage the audience, Show the audience that you care about them.
It should be clear to the audience What is for them in that presentation. “Because adults listen for them not for you”
Open-up with a good ice breaker, Be passionate and exited about your topic, Don’t stand in one place during the presentation, Move around and use your hands.
Always show enthusiasm and energy. If you're not excited about your topic, why should the audience be?
Describe to audience all 4 point with example like… clear , simple, Progressive & Consistent.
Provide content that helps readers achieve their goals. Content should be appealing to audience. Grab audience attention by using bullet points
Keep things simple and to the point, Make sure content clearly speaking to target audience with an appropriate message.
Don’t use : long and complex sentences, Should have less bullets/pointers, should have simple fonts and soothing colors.
There should be less content more meaning, Should have interactive pictures, don’t use jargon and slang.
Content must have the progressive path for the audience with the true stories..(Prepare the examples for the same)
Content must be consistent in his pattern of behavior.
