My current role is a Teaching Assistant, where I support and work

secondary pupils with learning difficulties. This can be challenging
but also rewarding which is why I got in to ‘Education’.

8. THE EVALUATION
Observation form on pupil and teachers learning experience –
Observation
What happened – The children had clear aims and performed the task effectively
with little distractions or assistance. It was clear to see that nearly all felt
confident which is a massive hurdle we continually try to overcome with SEN
pupils. I feel the time spent planning and preparing enabled me to construct a
fun, diverse, and inclusive learning environment. In the future after discussing
with my teacher I feel I could be clearer with the learning outcomes at the start of
a lesson which will enable me to quickly gain the pupils focus and understanding.
For the children it helped them engage and include them in the lessons .
The Children also review their preferred methods of learning from the task with almost
everyone choosing the 'Visual’ I Pad aid. They evidenced their findings with charts and
graphs.
My Review comments of ICT and education.
