4. 1. Recognize that you are a
procrastinator
If you have procrastinated a lot (like me) you might have

You procrastinate to avoid doing something that is boring
or hard. You want to avoid this pain.
5. 2.Discover and dispute the
reasons of your procrastination

discover the deepest reasons that you have for not to do
that or this. After you discover the reasons you must
dispute them critically and realistic.
6. 3. Get the things done
Instead of doing nothing, begin with doing
something. Just stack a couple of simple actions to
create a flow.
