12. Preparation of testing procedures and test plans as well as site testing and commissioning work.

13. Handle test equipment as per Q76 and make two weeks “rolling” time schedules of testing and commissioning..

22. Bay level IED Configurations and Engineering

23. Setting up the systems at Factory, point to point test from Bay Level, system tests according to Approved Test Forms and ITPs.

24. System modifications, alterations, changes in the systems per customer requirement and comments.

25. SAS systems Documentation training activities.

30. Design and generating the detail engineering drawings with control schematic diagrams, ordering materials, preparation of bill of materials and wiring table.

31. Preparation of production and quality testing documents, review of sub-suppliers’ documentations and progress reporting.

41. Manage projects for electrical equipment, including electrical test and diagnostic equipment such as circuit breakers, switchgear, protective relays, motor control centers, low voltage control, automatic transfer scheme and PLC.

42. Deliver technical solutions to customers with a high degree of professionalism. Performs conventional, engineering assignments that may involve equipment or product design, testing of materials, process studies, or research investigations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must, with ability to be flexible to adjust to changing field conditions.

43. Troubleshoot Low Voltage electrical equipment and servicing low voltage circuit breakers, soft-starters, variable frequency drives, control system based on PLC.

44. Prepare site procedures, test forms, collects all necessary documents. Redmark changes/modifications in commissioning copy (for as-built)

45. Communicate frequently with superiors to offer and obtain information. Maintain good customer relationship through good & professional service conducted in a safe manner.

47. Responsible that each test be recorded and signed by customer. Handle test equipment properly, prepare and distribute non-conformance report.

48. Prepare site procedures, test forms, test plans. Collect all necessary documents.

49. Remark changes / modifications in commissioning copy (for as built).

51. Not more than 45 years of Age

52. Knowledge of machines and tools including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance.

53. Knowledge of designs techniques, tools, and principles involve in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models.
