4. Radio Frequncy Indentification Device (RFID)is a generic term that
is used to describe a system that transmits the identity (in the form of a
unique serial number) of an object or person wirelessly, using radio waves.
It's grouped under the broad category of automatic indentification
technologies.
Auto-ID technologies include bar codes, optical character readers and
some biometric technologies, such as retinal scans.
The auto-ID technologies have been used to reduce the amount of
time and labor needed to input data manually and to improve data
accuracy.
5. • EAMS is a Employee Attendance Management System.
• This system is very useful to record and maintaining the
daily attendance sheet of employee.
• also the EAMS is helpful to display the online
performance report of Employee to there Manager.
15. What happens when multiple tags are in range
of the transceiver?
All the tags will be excited at the same time.
Makes it very difficult to distinguish between
the tags.
16. Similar to network collision avoidance
Probabilistic
Tags return at random times
Deterministic
Reader searches for specific tags
19. RFID used to grant entry to secure areas
Tracks time and movement of people
Dynamically change access codes
Provide automated entry
20. RFID Chef
Uses RFID tags to recognize food in your kitchen
Shows you the recipes that most closely match what
is available
RFID Chef Movie
21. The main objective of the system is to uniquely identify and
to make attendance for a person.
This requires a unique product, which has the capability of
distinguishing different person.
This is possible by the new emerging technology RFID
(Radio Frequency Identification).
The main parts of an RFID system are RFID tag (with
unique ID number) and RFID reader (for reading the RFID
tag).
Objective
33. Benefits to Manager
Automatic SMS alert to Manager on absenteeism of employee.
Attendance and work results report on web and by mail.
If attendance is less than 75% then manager will get weekly sms/mail alerts.
Alerts of meeting and events by mail and SMS
Manager employee activities and performance at company and Industries.
Benefits to Employee
employee can check work schedule on web by mail.
Attendance and test results report on web and by mail
Automatic SMS alert to employee of every event and meeting .
Benefits to Staff
Better employee attendance management.
Scheduling of meetings and events for manager and employee
Manager employee performance
