8. ~THE TRUTH EXPLAINED~ Teaching and Learning: CMS shows an overall decline in this area. We have declined since 2007; however there was some growth from 2008-2009 to the 2009-2010 academic school year.

9. ~THE TRUTH EXPLAINED~ Educator Preparation and Development: CMS has been relatively strong in reference to our classification, however we have declined since the 2007- 2008 school year.

10. ~THE TRUTH EXPLAINED~ Leadership, Administration, and Instructional Support: CMS continues to consistently decline moving from advanced to developing in one year, yet made a small improvement from 2008- 2009 to 2009-2010.

11. ~THE TRUTH EXPLAINED~ Infrastructure for Technology: CMS has had a steady decline since 2007.

12. ~THE TRUTH EXPLAINED~ Overall CMS has had a an overall DECLINE in each of the 4 evaluated categories since 2007. WHY?
