Rachel Clacher is the co-founder and director of Moneypenny, a business services company headquartered in the United Kingdom with offices in the UK, New Zealand, and the United States. Moneypenny provides phone answering, call handling, and other services to a variety of business clients. The presentation discusses Moneypenny's foundation, which provides job training and work experience to unemployed young people to help them gain skills and employment. Through a pilot program, the foundation was able to take young people who were costing the state money due to unemployment and turn them into net contributors to the economy within six months of training. The foundation aims to expand its traineeship program and partner with more employers.
