The Consumer Rights Act will replace 12 other
laws, such as the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the
Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982.
The Act clarifies and modernises existing law on
the supply of goods,services and digital content.
The Act will apply to all contracts that you
enter into from 1st October 2015.
