Supply Chain Manager
Responsible for controlling the inventory, purchasing, and inventory stocking levels for the US Business
Unit consisting of $200M in capital assets. Managed the US capital expenditure program and coordinated
the capital inventory orders. Developed quarterly forecasts for new asset acquisitions and required
repairs. Maintained inventory records, set optimal stocking levels, and order points in ERP. Developed
policies, procedures, workflows and controls for creating and maintaining all inventory in corresponding
systems. Monitored the inventory accuracy, scrap, and inventory record accuracy of the entire fleet of
barcoded assets. Directed the Warehouse Supervisor and Repair Lab Supervisor on the actions required
to meet the business plan objectives.
 Defined and developed the supply and distribution structure to support the equipment needs of 1400
drilling rigs and 200 Field Service Technicians in a fast paced, dynamic industry.
 Responsible for the sourcing, vendor selection, planning, price negotiation, and purchasing of
required field service parts and components.
 Developed supplier relationships to strategically stock key items for just in time deliveries.
 Managed equipment repairs of $5M annually with international contract manufacturers.
 Directed technicians responsible for satellite systems repairs resulting in savings of $1M in
transportation cost.

 Managed company fleet of 225 Field Service vehicles utilizing ARI Global Fleet Management System.

time customer deliveries. Release and monitor orders and work in process to the production floor.
Performed capacity requirements planning to recommend appropriate staffing levels. Provided
leadership for the production line supervisors to maximize employee contribution and empowerment.
Utilized MRP to maximize productivity of work flow thru the production line.
 Coordinated with the procurement manager to ensure the quality and on time delivery of
required raw materials.
 Work closely with the machine shop manager on the schedule, quality, and delivery of finished
goods required for the production of upper level assemblies.
 Evaluate Bills of Material for accuracy and work with Engineering to incorporate required
changes.
 Initiated processes to cut waste and to improve efficiency in production.
