We are now involved in establishing a supply chain for fresh fruit (i.e. mango) from ASEAN to EU. More particular, from Vietnam via Singapore and Abu Dhabi, to The Netherlands. Farmers in ASEAN, who intend to join this supply chain, should be GlobaGap certified, or in that auditing process. Local transporters and pack-houses in ASEAN, which intend to join this supply chain, should be ISO22000 certified, or in that auditing process. Management of product safety and product quality will be enforced by FITA B.V. (The Netherlands).
