It is with great honor that I extend a letter of recommendation on behalf of Barbara
Riddle. I have had the opportunity to work with Barbara on various community boards,
and committees for several years and more recently through my service in the Utah
State House of Representatives. I have always been impressed with her passion,
dedication and professionalism.
As a leader, Barbara clearly communicates ideas, objectives and expectations, in a way
that inspires others to get on board and work together in groups, large and small. She
executes tasks, projects and events, sometimes several at a time, in an organized
manner, and carries out every responsibility with confidence and ease, frequently
exceeding the expected outcomes.
Harnessing her own business insight, Barbara has built strong working relationships with
many community and political leaders, as well as other business professionals. She is
able to participate in and/or lead a discussion competently, and in a way that that others
can follow and understand. She is enjoyable to interact with, and demonstrates great
character and sound judgment. Barbara would be a great asset and leader on any
team, and will be successful in any endeavor she pursues.
