Open up your mind, let your fantasies unwind…
3. ACT I: A WAR M WELCOME: Upon entering,
guests will be greeted by golden, masked men
who will open the doors for them. They will hand
out a small candle to each guest as they enter.
ACT II: YOUR HUMBLE SERVANT: Servers in white
and black masks will tend to the guests, offering them our
signature drink, Proseco with strawberries, and hors
d’oeuvres. They will also lead our guests to the entrance
of the Atrium room.
ACT III: MASQUERADE: As they are led to the
entrance of the room, they will see that it is pitch
black aside from a few candelabras lit around the
room. They will begin to whisper amongst themselves
when suddenly, the lights will come on and a group of
masked performers will come forward, performing
“Masquerade”.
4. ACT IV: MAESTRO: While the guests
wait in the Foyer for the doors to open,
there will be a mysterious and
seductive man playing on the piano. His
music will enchant the attendees as
they eat and drink.
ACT V: LOT 666/ LET MY OPERA BEGIN:
Suddenly, a somber looking man appears, telling the
guests to quiet down. He will let them know that the
auction is about to begin in the Foyer. The last item
he will auction is known as “Lot 666, a chandelier in
pieces” and with that the ballroom doors will open,
revealing the piece and allowing the guests to enter.
6. ACT VI THE MUSIC OF
THE NIGHT: As the
guests begin to settle down
for dinner, we will have our
two main performers
perform one of the most
famous songs from “The
Phantom of the Opera”
ACT VII: DINNER IS SERVED: The
wonderful masked servers will make their
appereance once more, and bring out the food
that is said to be handpicked by the Phantom
himself

singing a sweet song to our guests before
they depart.
