Background
Consilium Futurity, derived from Latin meaning- Consulting for a future
event, is the brain child of its founder Ms. Sunny. Consilium Futurity is
conceived with the belief that human beings inherently desire to be
accomplished and fulfilled, but are often stopped by their self-created
barriers and limitations. These limitations are nothing more than their own
believes about them selves and their abilities.
Consilium Futurity endeavours for people to live empowered lives and
strives to unleash their potential within. We specialize in the field of ‘Soft
Skills’ training – impacting all areas of human interaction, which directly
results on people’s performance, personally and professionally.
Personal Coaching
The modus operandi in achieving results is to employ the human emotions as
a positive & effective means for accomplishing successful out comes. Human
emotions play a significant function in ones decisions, reactions & responses,
in the consciousness and subconscious.
In the words of Salovey and Mayer's, definition of EI is- "The ability to
perceive emotion, integrate emotion to facilitate thought, understand
emotions and to regulate emotions to promote personal growth."

capabilities that must be worked on and can be developed to achieve
outstanding performance.
The underlying principle in the background of all our interventions is that
people have power to accomplish lot of things in their life but they are not
fully aware of it and hence can’t make use of their power to the fullest.

How human nature works
Sunny’s interventions are based on the re-alignment of the core concept of
human nature i.e. Being - Doing - Having
People realize that by realigning with their true nature, they begin to
experience that things move naturally and effortlessly toward fulfillment. By
re-creating their life on this fundamental concept they acknowledge being
far more accomplished in doing and thus having what ever they need to
have in life. It is explained in this model below.

Humans usually work against the inherent human nature.
Once we decide what we want to have, e.g. certain communication abilities,
we start looking for what we need to do to have that. We think that once we
have those results we can become a certain something eg: successful. This
thinking is in the direction as shown above.
The predicament here is that we are already being a certain way that is
limiting while we are figuring out what we want to have and doing what we
need to do.
To make it simpler once again- if we are “being” negative, is it possible “to do”
things positively and “have” positive results?
Does it not stand to reason that we first sort out who we are being
before embarking on what to do and what to have?

Basic Principle of our interventions
- Success from the inside -
We get people to see who they are being. People start an honest inquiry into
their beliefs. To see how these beliefs show up as limits which they
themselves have set and how they are operating within those limits.
A question, to be asked of one self regarding any subject matter, is “How
Come”. Instead of giving any easy tips, techniques or solutions people are
encouraged to dwell in where the cause may lie. This leads them to embark
on a journey of exploration, taking them all the way to the source of their
actions, thoughts, feelings and emotions.
This causes a noteworthy shift in people with a rippling effect on the
culture of organizations by empowering them to look at situations from
variant view points which are balanced and beneficial.
When people get in touch with who they really are and what they are
capable of there is an unimaginable release of energy, which if used in right
direction can cause results beyond expectations.
As the above may be giving you an idea that our interventions are not
very straight jacketed but in a workshop mode where people challenge
who they are, their beliefs and their habits.

Way Forward
The intention being, to unleash the potential within, the modi operendi is to
use tools to explore & examine the blue print of ones consciousness. This is
done by taking the person through a nine days course, Avatar.
Avatar is the most powerful, purest self development program available. It is a
series of experiential exercises that enable you to rediscover your self and
align your consciousness with what you want to achieve. You will experience
your unique insights & revelations. It is you finding about you.
Avatar equips you with the tools to deliberately restructure the beliefs that
form the pattern of your life. Your own beliefs are actually the most powerful
force that influences your existence. They determine what you perceive & how
you perceive it. They influence your thoughts, your expectations & your
actions. They shape your personality. They even affect the outcome of your
actions & the way others perceive you & respond to you.
Course Goals
The goal of the three – section course is to guide you in an exploration of your
own belief system & to equip you with the tools to modify those things you
wish to change. The Avatar Course opens a window to the inner working s of
your consciousness. The Course teaches experiential rather than intellectual
lessons. For this reason it requires a trained Avatar Master to guide you into
the actual lessons already contained in your own consciousness.
Process
Section I of The Avatar Course sets forth certain ideas about the relationship
between beliefs and reality. These ideas are subjected to various tests and
examinations (in group discussions and in private explorations) to allow you
to determine for yourself if such relationships do, in fact, exist.
Section I exercises take you behind the scenes of consciousness for a look at
the blueprints by which you build your life. The journey results in an
intimate connection with a deeper, more compassionate and aware state of
self.
ReSurfacing refers to the action of disentangling yourself from old creations
and rising back into awareness. It is a process, paralleling nature, of
revealing yourself to yourself. The rewards are new insights and realizations
about how your life works—or why it doesn’t.

ReSurfacing is an expedition into consciousness that you personalize

Section II of The Avatar Course develops your ability to create a reality that
you prefer. Deeper access to your own mental programming results in
transformational realizations about why certain aspects of your life have
fallen short and what you can do to correct them.
You turn the part of self that was your worst enemy into a guiding friend.
Self-sabotaging beliefs are exposed before they can do you more harm. Stress
is replaced by a relaxed awareness. You learn how to experience reality
without judgment, separation or distortion.
Section II requires from 4 to 5 days to complete, depending upon what is
encountered.
Section III of The Avatar Course develops your ability to dis-create realities
that act as hidden reefs and barriers to your operation as source. An Avatar
Master takes you on a guided initiation that introduces you to, and allows
you to dis-create, some of the most fundamental (and previously transparent)
belief structures of the universe.
Next, you complete solo rundowns that permit you to change body sensations,
interpersonal conflicts, dependencies, limitations, persistent conditions,
compulsions and (without words or argument) the beliefs of others.
When you are able to manage any aspect of your existence from a creator
viewpoint, you have achieved the state of being called Avatar.

Coach An Introduction
Ms. Sunny
Sunny is leading an interesting life. She spent her childhood in Afghanistan
where her father ran a successful business. Living in a small Indian society
amongst the diversity of International communities exposed her to various
cultures and traditions. In this milieu of cross cultures and varied traditions
she learned to accept the uniqueness of people from a very young age. Her
ability to embrace all human beings is endearing to all.
As a child she learnt what its like to be different and yet connect with people.
This ability to connect would later unfold as the bedrock of her karma.
After graduating in commerce from Delhi University, she settled down to a life
in Delhi and started off as a restaurateur and caterer. Here she perfected the
art of motivating people to offer impeccable service. It was here that she
discovered her ability to work against all odds and challenging circumstances,
yet continuing to deliver what was expected. This was her first opening to the
idea and the joy of being in service.
She chanced upon an opportunity to make a difference in the education
system of the country. While she was pursuing on developing a holistic and
integrated program for the young ones in school to explore their uniqueness
and embrace it fully. She was also concentrating in training the teachers to
deliver these programs. The developments were exchanged with the NCERT
and accepted fully.
The corporate training is an out come of her inherent strength of reaching out
to people and guiding them through their personal and professional
challenges. Her approach being non intrusive yet inspiring to explore the
realms of their conscious, it is easy for people to trust her fully. As a personal
life coach she’s supporting many people overcome their self limiting believes
and experience their brilliance.

Project, Landmark Education, Reiki, Scientology, she experiences
transformation in her way of being. This altered self, sent her on a voyage of
self-discovery. She delves full time into finding out what make human beings
tick. In so doing she discovered her gift of impacting people's lives. People
desirous of experiencing greater fulfillment in life are attracted to her like a
magnet and leave feeling empowered.
All her experience, training and reading has led her to develop programs that
help empower a wide range of people- teachers, school children, women and
corporate managers. That's how she came upon her karma – To have people
win while making a difference in their life.
This Karmic circle felt complete with a course in spirituality - Avatar. As a
certified, licensed master she now delivers spiritual courses on self discovery
transcending to self empowerment. Avatar is a powerful self-development
program that enables you to rediscover your self and align your
consciousness with what you want to achieve. You experience your own
