Team Lead Migration [May’13 till present]: Working in capacity of Team Lead[Unit Manager]
for process known as “Migration” involved in onboarding, transitioning & hand holding of New
clients & Associates .
Team Lead Operations[Jan’12 to May’13]: Handling Team of 35 Members in capacity of Team

Worked at NGA as Team Leader for a Human Resource Outsourcing [HRO]. Served Convergys as a
Client and handled Voice and offline Teams. The Team consisted of HR Advisors who assisted
Convergys Employees in Regards to their Payroll, Benefits and Compensation related queries. I was
part of the entire Transition and process implementation Program.
Key Deliverables:
 Technology: Initiating the request for user access for HR’s on different HR databases and
tools and also being the POC for any system related issues.
 Knowledge Transfer: Ensuring that updates and relevant knowledge is provided to team
for processing service deliverables.
 SLA Reporting: Tracking, monitoring & reporting SLA’s and quality reports.
 Training: Organized training for the Team based on the organization requirements.
 Client Interaction: Interacted with the Client and represented the Organization in Monthly
