Motor OTS- Claim Settlement by Empowering Customer
Motor On The Spot (Motor OTS) is a mobile based motor insurance claim
settlement service which empowers customers to file claims, self-inspect their
vehicles, and receive the claim amount in their account in 20 minutes after
filling all the necessary details through company’s mobile app – Insurance
Wallet. As the claims are settled on the go in 20 minutes hence the name:
Motor – OTS (Motor On-The-Spot).
Applicable for Two Wheeler own damage claims of repair liability up to 10K

and Sent by SMS on RMN

For Digital Verification of
Claim form and NEFT Details
Upload Mandatory Photos and

Auto SMS is triggered to customer for
Claim Amount confirmation
Claim Amount Agreed by Insured in the
given link to get claim payment in A/C
Motor OTS Process Flow:
Detailed Process for Motor OTS : Downloading the Insurance Wallet application from the app store
1) Insurance Wallet app can
be installed from Google
Play store/IOS App store
2) Log in through New User
registration and validate
the details received via
auto mailer on Email ID.
3) Customers can also use
options to login with
Google or Facebook
account.
Install App Log In page New User Registration
Adding Policy in insurance wallet app :
1) Manage Policy: Add policy
by submitting policy no,
premium amount and mobile
number and submit the OTP
received via SMS.
2) Claims: After adding the
policy click on Claims to
register the motor claim
Claim Registration Process : On The Spot Two Wheeler Claims Settlement
After verification of policy
customers can select the policy
and register their claims by
clicking on Claims - My Claims.
The claim registration process
starts once the customer clicks
on ‘Register A Claim’.
Claim Registration Process – Step 1
Once the claim registration process starts, the
system automatically captures the accident
date, time and location. If customers are
reporting an old accident, they can change the
accident date, time and location manually.
Once all the details are filled in, press ‘Save’ to
store the details.
Claim Registration Process – Step 2
In Vehicle Loss Information tab the insured
needs to enter details such as Vehicle
Registration Number, Registered Mobile No.,
Gender, DOB, any involvement of third party,
narration of accident, vehicle location if sent
to workshop for repairs and nearest Bajaj
Allianz GIC office.
Once all the details are filled in, press ‘Save’
to store the details.
Claim Registration Process – Step 3
Once customers save the details about the
vehicle the ‘Driver Details’ tab is activated. In
this tab insured needs to enter driver details
such as Driver name, Relation, Driver’s
license number, License expiry date, Issuing
RTO and Driver’s mobile number
Once all the details are filled in, click on
‘Register’ tab to complete the claim
registration process
Claim Registration Process - SMS Update for Registered Claim Number
After clicking on ‘Register’ system generates a
Claim Number.
The message with Claim Number is displayed
on the mobile screen and is also shared via
SMS on customer’s registered mobile number.
Digital Claim Form Submission Process – Step 4
Post claim number generation, app will display
Digital Claim Form, to be filled by customer
with NEFT details and upload image of
cancelled cheque or bank passbook copy or
statement.
If NEFT Details are not available then user can
skip this process and come out from app or can
select Option Vehicle is in BAGIC Preferred
Network click Yes- to hide the NEFT details
option and click no to resubmit the NEFT
details once available.
Digital Claim Form Verification by insured - Step 5
After submission of claim form, OTP
gets triggered on registered mobile
number and insured can submit the
OTP in app.
Insured can also verify the OTP through
link received in SMS on their registered
mobile number.
Click on the link to visit a Bajaj Allianz
GIC webpage, enter the OTP received
on registered mobile and press ‘Submit’
to verify the submission of the digital
claim form.
If OTP not received on time user can
skip this process.
Claim Photos Uploading Process – Step 6
After submitting the claim form, upload
photographs of vehicle as per the reference
images on app and click on ‘Next’ to upload
Mandatory VIN Number, Odometer reading
and close photo of damaged parts.
Claim Documents Uploading Process – Step 7
After uploading vehicle photos click on
submit. Once it get submitted customers need
to upload the photographs of mandatory
documents Driving License and Registration
Certificate (RC) only.
Other documents can also be uploaded if
applicable such as Tax receipt, Temporary
Registration, Repair Estimate, Police FIR etc.
and click on ‘Save’.
Here Claim registration process and vehicle
photos and documents uploading process
ends. Shortly customer will receive SMS for
claim amount confirmation or will receive the
call from BAGIC Representative.
My Claim Details – Upload Vehicle photos, documents, Claim form and NEFT details
After Claim Registration through
insurance wallet insured can check the
claim details and status and if required
can do the below process by click on My
Claim.
1) Upload Vehicle Photographs
2) Upload Claim Documents
3) Submit NEFT details and upload
Cheque/Passbook/Statement photo.
Customer confirmation on Claim Amount:
After verification of claim form and
submission of images of all documents,
insured will receive the liability amount
on their registered mobile number via
SMS with a link.
The link will redirect the insured to a
Bajaj Allianz GIC webpage where the
insured can Agree/Disagree with the
offered compensation amount.
Customer confirmation on Claim Amount (Contd.)
If insured agrees with the offered claim
amount, then customer can click on
‘Agree’ and the amount will be
processed in his account.
If the insured do not agree with the
assessed claim amount then customer
can click ‘Disagree’ to receive a call
from the motor claims team.

  • 3. Motor On The Spot (Motor OTS) is a mobile based motor insurance claim settlement service which empowers customers to file claims, self-inspect their vehicles, and receive the claim amount in their account in 20 minutes after filling all the necessary details through company’s mobile app – Insurance Wallet. As the claims are settled on the go in 20 minutes hence the name: Motor – OTS (Motor On-The-Spot). Applicable for Two Wheeler own damage claims of repair liability up to 10K Introduction:

Submit Claim Form and NEFT Documents through app OTP Number is generated and Sent by SMS on RMN Confirm OTP For Digital Verification of Claim form and NEFT Details Upload Mandatory Photos and Documents Online through App Auto SMS is triggered to customer for Claim Amount confirmation Claim Amount Agreed by Insured in the given link to get claim payment in A/C Motor OTS Process Flow:

Detailed Process for Motor OTS : Downloading the Insurance Wallet application from the app store 1) Insurance Wallet app can be installed from Google Play store/IOS App store 2) Log in through New User registration and validate the details received via auto mailer on Email ID. 3) Customers can also use options to login with Google or Facebook account. Install App Log In page New User Registration
  • 6. Adding Policy in insurance wallet app : 1) Manage Policy: Add policy by submitting policy no, premium amount and mobile number and submit the OTP received via SMS. 2) Claims: After adding the policy click on Claims to register the motor claim
  • 7. Claim Registration Process : On The Spot Two Wheeler Claims Settlement After verification of policy customers can select the policy and register their claims by clicking on Claims - My Claims. The claim registration process starts once the customer clicks on ‘Register A Claim’.
  • 8. Claim Registration Process – Step 1 Once the claim registration process starts, the system automatically captures the accident date, time and location. If customers are reporting an old accident, they can change the accident date, time and location manually. Once all the details are filled in, press ‘Save’ to store the details.
  • 9. Claim Registration Process – Step 2 In Vehicle Loss Information tab the insured needs to enter details such as Vehicle Registration Number, Registered Mobile No., Gender, DOB, any involvement of third party, narration of accident, vehicle location if sent to workshop for repairs and nearest Bajaj Allianz GIC office. Once all the details are filled in, press ‘Save’ to store the details.
  • 10. Claim Registration Process – Step 3 Once customers save the details about the vehicle the ‘Driver Details’ tab is activated. In this tab insured needs to enter driver details such as Driver name, Relation, Driver’s license number, License expiry date, Issuing RTO and Driver’s mobile number Once all the details are filled in, click on ‘Register’ tab to complete the claim registration process
  • 11. Claim Registration Process - SMS Update for Registered Claim Number After clicking on ‘Register’ system generates a Claim Number. The message with Claim Number is displayed on the mobile screen and is also shared via SMS on customer’s registered mobile number.
  • 12. Digital Claim Form Submission Process – Step 4 Post claim number generation, app will display Digital Claim Form, to be filled by customer with NEFT details and upload image of cancelled cheque or bank passbook copy or statement. If NEFT Details are not available then user can skip this process and come out from app or can select Option Vehicle is in BAGIC Preferred Network click Yes- to hide the NEFT details option and click no to resubmit the NEFT details once available.

Digital Claim Form Verification by insured - Step 5 After submission of claim form, OTP gets triggered on registered mobile number and insured can submit the OTP in app. Insured can also verify the OTP through link received in SMS on their registered mobile number. Click on the link to visit a Bajaj Allianz GIC webpage, enter the OTP received on registered mobile and press ‘Submit’ to verify the submission of the digital claim form. If OTP not received on time user can skip this process.
  • 14. Claim Photos Uploading Process – Step 6 After submitting the claim form, upload photographs of vehicle as per the reference images on app and click on ‘Next’ to upload Mandatory VIN Number, Odometer reading and close photo of damaged parts.
  • 15. Claim Documents Uploading Process – Step 7 After uploading vehicle photos click on submit. Once it get submitted customers need to upload the photographs of mandatory documents Driving License and Registration Certificate (RC) only. Other documents can also be uploaded if applicable such as Tax receipt, Temporary Registration, Repair Estimate, Police FIR etc. and click on ‘Save’. Here Claim registration process and vehicle photos and documents uploading process ends. Shortly customer will receive SMS for claim amount confirmation or will receive the call from BAGIC Representative.

My Claim Details – Upload Vehicle photos, documents, Claim form and NEFT details After Claim Registration through insurance wallet insured can check the claim details and status and if required can do the below process by click on My Claim. 1) Upload Vehicle Photographs 2) Upload Claim Documents 3) Submit NEFT details and upload Cheque/Passbook/Statement photo.
  • 17. Customer confirmation on Claim Amount: After verification of claim form and submission of images of all documents, insured will receive the liability amount on their registered mobile number via SMS with a link. The link will redirect the insured to a Bajaj Allianz GIC webpage where the insured can Agree/Disagree with the offered compensation amount.
  • 18. Customer confirmation on Claim Amount (Contd.) If insured agrees with the offered claim amount, then customer can click on ‘Agree’ and the amount will be processed in his account. If the insured do not agree with the assessed claim amount then customer can click ‘Disagree’ to receive a call from the motor claims team.
