• « TelemonitoringNI » (Northern Ireland – UK) - telemonitoring service
supporting patients with long-term conditions to manage their own health
• « PALANTE » (EU sustained; started 1/02/2012) – 9 pilot projects in 8
countries aiming at developing a support service for chronic diseases,
