Demand
There is strong demand for tyre fitting services in the community, with 1.3M vehicles in South Australia alone
Domestic & Commercial
According to Roy Morgan’s research, private vehicles travel on average
15,530 km per/year and commercial vehicles 18,000 to 24,000 km per/year.
The average life span of a tyre is between 20,000 to 60,000km, depending
on the vehicle, tyre maintenance, tyre compound and driving style. This
means on average tyres are replaces every 18 months.
General Tyre Service
It is recommended to rotated tyres, check the wheel alignment and tyre
pressure every 5,000 to 10,000km to maximise your tyres life. So this type of
service is recommended every 9 months.
Mine Site Equipment
The life of tyres on mine sites can vary due to the variance in road
conditions on unsealed roads. For this reason, the tyres will be monitored
based on equipment operating hours. e.g. Loaders 1000, Haul Trucks 9,000
hrs
Value to Customer
Our services improve the reliability, safety and performance of our customer’s vehicles.
Future Growth
As the business grows there is ample opportunity for the company to expand its operations into other states.
Right now the focus is on building a strong core business to use as a platform for future expansion.
