4. Perception
Perception is primarily an individual process so that
different people may perceive an identical situation
differently.
“All that glitters is not gold” & “Things are not what they
seem” are all reflections of various perceptions about
the same situation.
People behave on what they perceive reality to be &
not necessarily as what reality is.

6. Attitude
Attitudes are evaluative statements indicating one’s feeling
either favourably or unfavourably towards persons, objects,
events or situations.
Attitude is very complex cognitive process just like
personality of an individual.
POSITIVE ATTITUDE :- Positive mental attitude is a
psychological term which describes a mental phenomenon in
which the central idea is that one can increase achievement
through optimistic thought processes.
NEGATIVE ATTITUDE :-A negative attitude is
characterized by a great disdain for everything. Someone
who constantly points out the negative in everything.
7. Values
Values represent basic convictions that ’A specific
mode of conduct or end-state of existence is
personally or socially preferable to an opposite or
converse mode of conduct or end-state of existence.
Value is a judgmental element of what is
right, good, or desirable.
