Energetic, responsible and think-out-of-the-box telecom engineer with around 9 years of experience in
testing, designing and developing challenging software using C++ on Linux.. Currently looking for a

Summary:
 Played the role of a Technology Lead, working in Global Delivery Model coordinating onshore
and offshore activities of a 15-member team.
 Provided expert trouble resolution for escalated core network issues coordinating with Design and
Test teams across geographies and ensuring the issues are resolved within the designated SLAs.
 Developed an outstanding relationship with clients and received many accolades for the
enthusiasm and commitment shown towards work. Became the go-to guy for resolving high-

system.
 As a design support team member, I reproduce critical issues observed on the field MME using

smooth release of the client’s product to their customers.
 Getting in-depth understanding of all features that are being rolled-out and leading the EOD

 Coordinating the work from onshore and offsite. While onsite, I daily interact with our client and
get priority work items for offshore along with managing my regular activities. Also I pass this
information accurately to offshore team on daily basis and work with them.

iVAPP-LR
Description:
iVAPP (Integrated Verizon Advanced Provisioning Platform) is an FTTP provisioning platform for voice,
data, video and specials. iVAPP manages assignable inventory, provisioning and activation of FTTP
(Fiber to the Premise) network elements. The system integrates the provisioning in an end-to-end work
flow and manages manual fallout using skill set based routing. The system provides a GUI that supports
inquiries and manual assignment for the fallouts as well as reports and metrics for the FTTP network and
services. iVAPP also provides the GUI front end to display end-to-end service record.
Line Record (LR), is one of the modules constituting the larger iVAPP module.
Responsibilities:
 Develop code using C++ multithreading functionality to have separate LR services run in parallel
but still have them use the same message queue.
 Help the team achieve CICD (Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment) using the DevOps
framework and tools.
 Writing GTEST test cases to improve code coverage.
 Prototyped the use of GMOCK for the first time in the project, to improve the code coverage for
the module.
 Integrating the builds with Jenkins jobs for automation of builds.
 Integrating the builds with SonarQube to report code coverage for the module.
 Helping the deployment team deploy the libraries and binaries into the UAT and production
environments.
 Providing design support to the QA and Production teams.
 Resolving show-stopper issues like core dumps, error responses, etc so as to unblock the other

Long Term Evolution (LTE)/Evolved Packet Core (EPC)
Description:
Long Term Evolution Packet Core, is the core side of the 4G communication. The major work is on the
MME (Mobility Management Entity) node and the SGSN (Serving GPRS Support Node). The work done
mainly involves developing and testing software solutions.
Responsibilities:
 Telecom Engineer with 8+ years of experience in Packet Core Network with expert knowledge of
LTE EPC, UMTS and GPRS Packet Core interfaces
 Written complex code in C++ and C++11 on Linux using multi-threading, singleton and factory
design patterns, Standard Template Libraries (STLs).
 Good knowledge on 3GPP specs 23.401, 24.301, 29.272, 29.274, 36.413
 Worked on the Proof of Concept (PoC) for Hitachi’s Trinode (MME+SGSN+SGW) in the ATT

Packet Voice Gateway (PVG)
Description:
Packet Voice Gateway, Multiservice Switch Media Gateway (MG), acts as a gateway between an ATM or
IP network and the time division multiplexing (TDM) devices in service provider networks. PVG supports
Voice, fax, modem and data calls.
Involved in Design and Sanity Testing of the complete load and also resolution of CRs.
Responsibilities:
 Solving issues (CR – Change Request) raised by Designers, Product Test and Customers
 Resolve critical issues like Loadbuild and Sanity failure at highest priority on a weekly basis.
 Deployment of software on the systems for sandbox tests.
 Performing weekly/bi-weekly sanity of the load.
