OBJECTIVE OF SELLING SKILLS  Recognize the difference between features and benefits of products and services, and develop a plan for increasing product knowledge. Understand the power of your behavior for more successful sales and customer service.  Develop communication skills to better share information and to better listen to the customer.  Recognize opportunities for both individual and team. SELLING SKILLS
IMPORTANCE OF SELLING SKILLS FOR MANAGERS  SELLING SKILLS  Competition is very high so, it is important for a manager to have selling skills to create difference.  Every one is selling same product so we need to have a point of difference.  Creating reputation in minds of customer so that we can have new customers.
