acceptedto the USRAPprogram,with Farsiasthe working language,althoughshecanalso
train in Englishasshehasfluencyin English,FarsiandTurkishandwe werefortunateto
haveMs. Ibrahimogluon our staff asa cultural orientation(co) trainer.Shehastrained
extensivelyin Turkeyandin Lebanon.
Sheis originallyfrom Iran, studiedin theU.S. andmigratedto Turkey,growingup asan
immigrant there. This gives her empathy for the transition experienceof the refugee
community,a particularsensitivityto the concernsof the Iranianrefugeecommunity,and
excellentbi-lingualandbi-culturalskills.
Ms.Ibrahimogluis areliableandconsiderateperson.Shetakesherwork responsibilitiesvery
