My Success Story in the Current Workplace
1. My Success Story in the Current Workplace
I joined Tertiary Education SuportProject(TESP) in November, 2013. Atthat
time, I was silghtly apprehensiveabout the rating the last World Bank Review
Mission had given to the Project. I took it as a challenge and, within a shortspan
of time, I was able to turn around the situation by improving the rating of
Monitoring & Evaluationn (M&E) to the highestlevel. Improved rating of M&E
also contributed to the overall rating of the Project. The Bank appreciated the
performanceand agreed to extend the Project. This was made possibleby
winning the trustof relevant stakeholders, at all levels, through improved
coordination and informal and formal communication.
The following graph explains the progress of the Project, in terms of the World
Bank Rating.
