The survey gathered employment information from 150 2016 graduates of Aventis University. 96% of graduates are currently employed with only 4% still seeking work. The majority have over 10 years of experience and hold middle management positions. 67% secured a job before graduation and most found work within 6 months. Over 75% received a 1-10% salary increase upon promotion which 32% had received. The top industries were pharmaceutical/healthcare and financial services, while general management, finance, and operations were the leading functions.

The Graduate Employment Survey was
conducted to gather graduate employment
information and better understand
graduates’ job search experiences and
outcomes.

4. Target Audience & Methodology
Target Audience: The survey sample consists of Aventis
graduates from the University of Derby and Kingston in 2016.
Graduate may choose not to respond as this is a voluntary
exercise.
Methodology: The survey was conducted through an online
platform 6 months after the graduates have completed their
studies in two terms.
