- Supervise for C&B administration including payroll, pension, taxation and leave. - Participate in market surveys and conduct salary review. - Prepare staff cost annual budget forecast, cost breakdown reports and budget reforecasts. - Coordinate with stakeholders to implement a new HRIS project. - Act as a generalist in other HR tasks such as employee relation management, staff training, recruitment and internal/external audits.
