new division to better serve all of its clients and in turn, their customers.

Managing Partner Mary Ann McQueen Butcher announced the launch of "Auténtico Voz" meaning
"Authentic Voice". She said, "We embrace the 50 million people who make up the Latino population in
our country. That is more than 16% of our total population. We want to help businesses know how to
better market to Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, Cubans, Dominicans, Salvadorans and all Latinos. The more
we can teach small and large businesses how to market to this segment of the population, the better
they can serve their end customers.

Dustin C. Parker, Partner at Authentic PR added, "I grew up in Clark County, Nevada. The Latino
population there is almost 30%. These consumers cannot and should not be ignored. How they
purchase, what they purchase and who the gatekeepers are tend to be quite different from the Anglo
population." Dustin continued, “We believe in a sense of inclusion and in our effort to drive small
business growth, Mary Ann and I are launching this new division so the needs of this group can be
properly served.”

       receipts of these businesses are concentrated in wholesale trade, construction and retail trade

   •   There are 79,440 Latino chief executives in the US. In addition, there are 50,866 physicians and
       surgeons; 48,720 postsecondary teachers; 38,532 lawyers; and 2,726 news analysts, reporters
       and correspondents are Latino.
