Raw materials are used in the primary production or manufacturing of goods.
Work in process
Work-in-process inventory is materials that have been partially converted through the

Finished goods
 Finished goods are goods that have completed the manufacturing process but have not yet
been sold or distributed to the end user.
Inventory terms
 Lead time: Time interval between ordering and receiving the order
 Holding (carrying) costs: cost to carry an item in inventory for a length of time,
usually a year
Basic steps consist that strategy

Defining a primary task
PK plastics produce raw materials of plastics and supplying those product they made their
profit. Their competitive companies are SR plastic production, PH plastic production and
many other plastic companies
Assessing core competencies:
PK plastics core competencies is that we deliver the product to faster and we produce our
product at lower cost. So their market demand is very good than other factory
Determining order winners and order
qualifiers:
Customer are attracted to our product to order,
because our product default rate is so low,
we can deliver our product on low cost.
Positioning the firm :
Our market Positioning is very good .
Our product is flexible to produce any types
of plastic made product .Our competing cost
is perfect according to their customer and
lower than our competitive factory.

Our unique attributes that make different us from other competitors
and attract clients to come us , is our “low cost and fast services”
The main raw materials are “LPED”.
We buy our Martial from a Chinese Company.
We supply better product than any

Instead of trying to please all people,
we want please some people

and we provide our best service

Our customers think our offering ranks is positive because
