Shuvo was awarded SAARC India Silver Jubilee Scholarships by Government of India in 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 for pursuing LLM (International Law) at South Asian University (SAU), New Delhi (A University established by the nations of SAARC). Prior to attending the SAU as a post-graduate student, he joined as a Teaching Assistant in School of Law, BRAC University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He completed his LLB from the same school. Moreover, he completed PGD Diploma on "International Law and Diplomacy" from Indian Society of International Law.
