Hi, I am a graduated architect and Interior Designer. I have over 15 years of
experience in working in Retail and Interior Design companies. I have attein degrees
from Moscow and Diploma from Auckland.
Here is my portfolio from student work while I have been an Interior Design student
at Unitec Institut of Technology, Auckland.

Interior Design proposal for Building 23 Unitec, Mt. Albert Campus.
The fresh design idea comes from a symbol of collaboration and ability of people to rely one on another which resembles the structure of Mondrian Grid.
Simplicity speaks for itself, that is why three primary colours are chosen as base on wooden and natural surfaces, Te Aranga principals are used to enhance that.
COMMERCIAL - OFFICE DESIGN
Mood Board collects the inspirational imiges
Interior perspectives from entry. Staircase in Bauhause design runs from ground floor to mezzanine.
Crossing lines shown on the floor resemble strong collaboration which flow from the department down to students.

Furniture was chosen from commercial supliers which are based in Aucland. Kada furniture, Steel Case, Unison and Evroplan offer a huge
range of furniture for commercial spaces.
Sample Board portrates materials that will be used in the office such as acustic panels,
fabric, glass, wood, upholstery, paint and carpet.

HOUSE OF FOOD - WHAREKAI
Cafe Wharekai is located in the core part of the
Building 23 Unitec, Mt. Albert Campus. Close
connection with nature is achived by using timber
beans on the ceiling which run to the floor through
window frame.
Mondrian grid is featured on the wall. Wooden
serfaces come thogether with colourfull bar stools
placed along the window.
RETAIL - MILLIE BOUTIQUE
Millie Boutique represents a fashionable street style designer clothes made of a modern vibrant colourful fabric with classic patterns. Interior design purpose of this project is to create a
cosy and relaxing atmosphere that embraces feminine nature and mystique. The cosy and slightly carefree atmosphere with an emphasis on youth and feminine style will be achived by
implementing strong elements of eternal classics and elegant simplicity of natural surfaces.
Mood Board
The proposed colour is complex, with touches of light rose, pale blue and ecru. I suggest to use the brick veneer for the walls before applying the paint of this colour onto them.
I also propose to add five pilasters to the existing one to balance the show room and create a mirror effect.
The pilasters shall be made of wood, with LED stripes to achieve the cove type lighting. The front side of each pilaster will have a big mirror from floor to ceiling.

The restaurant is located in North of Auckland, Silverdale. The design idea is to create spacious venue that resembles Scandinavian style with wooden features on the floor, wall and furniture.
The selected colour palette represents greeny- yellow spring colour of New Zealand, neutral and wooden colours.
HOSPITALITY - CAFE SCANDINAVIA
The design concept has been inspired by the Scandinavian Design by its simple, clean lines, use of natural materials, light colours and minimalistic with furniture selection.
The simplicity and cleanliness of Scandinavian Interiors fits an area of Silverdale as well as it fits a hospitality space. This space is meant to be simple.
The herringbone pattern features on the wall from the left side of the entry. While another wall with logo grabs a customer attention on the right side.

The cafe is large and intimate at the same time, light and moody, warm and fresh.

RETIREMENT VILLAGE - SELWYN VILLAGE
The design concept of a retirement village has been inspired by Chabby Chic style which is well known in French country side.
The initial idea comes from Monet’s art who is an artist and a founder of French Impressionism painting style and is the most consistent practitioner of the movement’s philosophy of expressing one’s perseptions of nature.
French country Style is cosy bearing the resemblance of cottege style, which is characterized by deep and bright colours such as aubergine, lavander and yellow. Floor will be
covered with vinyl reminding natural stone that is very mach reflects an image of French country side.

Furniture selection has been carefully chosen in correspondence to the needs of eldery people. All of the chairs appear in bright colours that help residents to make a choice of the sit.
Interior elevations.
Monet’s art adds some character to the interior design for elderly people to enjoy by adding fuchsia colour.
Wooden veneered panels and storage units along the wall reflect all details of design concept.
Garden became the main inspiration for this design concept, with its blossoming lavender flowers, chamomiles and sunflowers reflecting on the idea.

Sunbrella fabric from Clarcks collection goes beautifuly along with the design colour scheme.
Garden perspective shows nice smooth transaction from inside into outside using natural material such as wood. Lavender plants has been brought inside of the space to show a connection between outdoor and indoor areas.

The Kitchen should be an open plan to accomodate the view and incorporating the style with the main living area. Functionality includes plenty of storage space, a large refregerator, dishwasher,
sinp, oven tower, and hub with ventilation.
The island should have drawers built in. The kitchen shoul located near the garden to accomodate harvesting vegetables and getting easy access access to the patio.

The kitchen shoul located near the garden to accomodate harvesting vegetables and getting easy access access to the patio.
