1. Thanks to technical progress, improvement of manufacture and maintenance of the basic needs
necessary for development of a society, it was possible to lift in the majority of the developed
countries a standard of life. Modern scientific methods allow to eliminate some negative
consequences of technical achievements for prevention of their influence on the vital environment.
