A. March 1998 - Present
Employer: Cameroon Oil Transportation Company (COTCO), P.O. Box 3738 Douala,
Cameroon
Nature of Business: Chad-Cameroon Pipeline Project: A joint venture between Exxonmobil,
Chevron, Petronas and the governments of Cameroon & Chad to construct and
manage a 1050 km pipeline (30" diameter). The constructed pipeline has been
transporting crude oil from the oil fields of Doba (South of Chad) through a point
offshore Kribi (the West coast of Cameroon) to the world market
Currently Job Title: Procurement Controls Advisor (March 2013 to Present)
Responsibilities:
Providing Controls & compliance leadership and advice relating to the effective functioning of all
procurement activities - from acquisition, warehousing/stock management to Payments. This
entails providing advice on controls and policies and coordination during audits.
Previous Positions Held: Inventory Specialist (Oct-2002 to Feb-2013)
Responsibilities: After a five months training assignment at Esso Norway, I returned
to Douala to be responsible for inventory management for the

Responsibilities: Working under the Project Controls Supervisor/Sub-project manager, I was
responsible for the control of cost and schedule performance of the project:
evaluating the companies/subcontractors’ cost; tracking schedule and progress of
the project; suggesting corrective actions on unfavorable cost trends and
monitoring the results; assisting in the preparation of budget and control estimate;
responding to cost related questions and performing change management;
preparing schedules using Project Management Computer Program like MS projects
& Primavera’s SURETRAK and updating with current information; preparing regular
reports (weekly, monthly and others as directed by the Project Controls
