Human Resource management is a common business management function that most SME businesses have in some
form. RASS HR, a web based computer software application has been created to provide basic human resource management
functionalities. Additional customised functionalities are added as per customer's requirements.
RASS HR is a module of RASS sme. HR department website is managed through RASS Page. RASS HR is integrated into HR
website. HR policies and procedures are managed through RASS DocLib which has inbuilt functionality for managing controlled

Technology Used
ASP.Net / C# has been used for application development. User Controls are extensively used for shared code and
functionalities that are required in more than one page.
SQL Server 2008 Standard has been used as the database. Web server is IIS7 on windows 2008 standard.
Server hardware is entry level HP server.
An organisation may have few other requirements not met by functionalities provides by RASS Products forming base
solution. RASS covers these additional requirements by adding custom built applications. RASS Solutions will also
provide integration interfaces with already existing databases.
