To whom it may concern,
Aron worked for us in the After School Club for 2 years. His responsibilities were to
work with students of various ages in a variety of activities. Aron was also responsible
for organising sporting activities which was an area he particularly enjoyed.
Aron was always smartly dressed and punctual, conscientious, enthusiastic and very
polite with members of staff and pupils alike. We were able to entrust Aron with a task
and be confident that he would carry this out to his full potential.
Aron has good communication skills and was able to work as a team member. He had the
ability to make sure everyone was included in all activities adapting situations to meet
the needs of all students.
Aron has been greatly missed by all at the After School Club and we would definitely
employ him again if the opportunity arose.
