BIM & its Applications
In real terms, BIM is a process and not
a software application. This process is
enabled by techonology, and is not
limited to a pirticular software, but a
wide range of programmes which help
enable the process.
Impact of Decision Making
With the help of BIM, decisions in a
project can be taken at early stages
which help in saving time and cost of
the entire project
Worksets & Worksharing
The process of creating
worksets for different
disciplines and collaorating all
the disiplines to eliminate the
silio process of working in the
industry.
Energy Modelling & Lighting
Understanding the process of
energy modelling and lighting
analsysis from the concept
stages of a project.
Structural & Robot Analysis
Detailing the model and
exchanging information via
IFCs in softwares such as TEKLA
for analsysis.
Clash Detection & Scheduling
Linking the BIM models to
softwares such as NAVISWORKS
and SOLIBRI for clash detections
and scheduling.
LOD & BEP
Understanding the
differentlevelsofdetailing
and informations required
in a BIM model at different
stages of a project and
incorporating them in the
BIM Execution Plan.

Perspectivism is
representation of
something in an excessive
manner. Words or
expressions associated
with perspectivism which
include in my concept are:
• Maximization
• Magnification
Perspective which
means an approximate
representation on a flat
surface, of an image as it
is seen by the eye.

The concept and theme
choosen for this project
was radial. The client
being an upcoming DJ,
the entire design of the
project was merged in a
radial flow.
An elevated vistors deck
with graffiti walls and
radial flooring design
were some of the key
features of this design
Design - Commercial
This project was an
architects office. The
theme for this entire
project was black & white.
The thought process
behind this was because
of the existentialists that
architects are.
As said by Christoph
Mäckler “Because they
believe they need to
stand out from the
bourgeois society
whence they come if they
are to be real ‘artists’.”

“There’s a lot of architectural photography, and this wasn’t quite that. There are
people who’ll probably knock it because it isn’t that, but there’s a conceptual
edge and appeal that intrigues me. It’s not about the architecture, it’s about
the perception of it, and about seeing it a different way.”
