your adverts
Talk to some friends and families on your
new chosen career
 Register as many consultants as you can under
you: its very simple through the link
 Be conscious of where to share your flyers
 Respond to your calls professionally, speak
good and simple English
 Be Attentive first: listen to your prospects
 Establish relationship with your prospects or
client either they buy from you or not

 Go to inspect the property yourself
 Advertise to a Large Audience
 Take prospects for inspections and Comport
yourself when you are with them

 Follow up for Payments after they have filled the
form
 Call the office for confirmations
 Get back to the Client that his or her payments was
seen
 Get the receipts from the Office as soon as possible
 Take the receipt to the client and other documents
 Continue the relationship till the client get
