 Responsible for Two Operational Mall at East as Centre Manager (Diamond Plaza Mall, Kolkata &
Cosmos Mall, Siliguri.
 Ensuring effective management of all elements of the centre to defined standards in keeping with strategic
objectives defined by the Corporate SOP in order to maximise centre returns
 Analyse Performance and generate specific tactics to improve performance (including building strategy,
redevelopment, sales, leasing plan approvals to achieve required returns, etc.)
 Responsible for property leasing as per Mall zoning for the Mall and as well as for existing Malls in East –
India.
 Finalising commercials of Mall space with various retailers.
 Preparing and executing LOI & LLA contract with all the retailers

 Keeping track of Rent escalation period and negotiating the same with the retailer

Successfully planned, leased and launch a 3 lacks sq ft Mall call Diamond Plaza at Nager Bazaar, Kolkata on 12th
September 2012. Now taking care of the operations of the same Mall.
