many developments. Chomp applied several software registration rights
and patents; and got “Software Enterprise” certification in 2008.

13. In 2001, Mr. Jason Xu quitted the good job in foreign
d f ll d f d hicompany and carefully prepared to found his own
company. After a period of hard working, he finally set up
“Chomp Technology LTD” on 24th December 2001Chomp Technology LTD on 24th December, 2001.
After a year, Chomp kept employing excellent staff and
enriched the R&D team. In 2002, there were over 30enriched the R&D team. In 2002, there were over 30
employees, which was a big step compared with the 3
employees one year ago. The developed products also
expanded from education electronics to toys, gifts and
home electronics.

expanding! In Oct, 2004, Chomp founded another branch

26. Product Proposal­­­kid tablet
For Kid Tablet, Chomp already have the double system(android system + parental system) with
Android4.4 version. Chomp can provide customized parental management system and multi profile
system Our multi profile system with android4 2 already passed the google GMS test in 2013 basedsystem. Our multi profile system with android4.2 already passed the google GMS test in 2013 based
on Allwinner A20 platform; and we are going to launch the GMS version with android 4.4 based on
Allwinner A23 platform in September 2014. On the hardware side, we are going to launch the
A23/A33 compatible PCB layout based on our own ID design. Apart from these, we also have
products which are using A31S, A31, A10, A13 platforms.
Based on the good cooperation with Allwinner, Chomp has successfully developed the kids tablet
